The register splits issued licences into two worlds: 1,162 commercial-owner licences and 1,123 non-commercial (residential) ones. Behind them sit 3,862 applications still in Pending — more than are currently issued — and 21,236 expired records the register keeps forever. An expired line is not deleted; it stays exactly where a platform or lender will read it. Licences here renew on an annual clock, and the city's OneStop portal is the authoritative check for any single line.
